REOPENING BPS SCHOOLS

Timeline for Reopening and Phasing Additional Students to In-Person Learning
Monday, April 26: BPS begins 5 days of in-person learning for students in grades K0-8.
Monday, April 26: Students in grades K0–12 enrolled at the BPS special education day schools (The Carter School, Horace Mann School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and the McKinley Schools) who opt into full-time in-person learning will begin 5 days of in-person learning.
On March 15, BPS sent an email to parents and caregivers to determine if families prefer remote learning or 5 days of in-person learning for their children. Families were asked to complete their forms by March 29.
BPS families with questions about their learning model preferences should contact their child's school or email [email protected] with their child's name and student ID number.
BPS recently completed welcoming students back to school buildings on the hybrid learning timeline.
